SHIPPING

General

Please review and verify your shipping address on all orders. We are not responsible for orders that do not arrive because an incorrect shipping address was provided. If you have questions about a product, please email us customerservice@bedframedirect.com before ordering. We can help you avoid the expense of returning an item.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Bedframe Direct shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price and issue a refund check.

We only collect New Jersey Sales tax for orders made and shipped within NJ; we do not collect sales taxes for orders shipped to other states. However, you may be liable for sales tax to your state on the merchandise you receive. You may want to check with your state’s taxing authority for “use tax” regulations. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship outside of the United States. Please provide a physical address during checkout.

How do you ship your products?

We use FedEx Ground for all of our shipping. Please allow 3-7 business days to receive your order. Bedframe Direct will not be held responsible for shipping delays.

Tracking

Please email us at customerservice@bedframedirect.com to receive a tracking number for your purchase.

Customer Communications

You agree to receive communications from us in writing electronically or by phone. We will respond to any form of contact from you in writing or by e-mail. You agree that all electronic communications from Bedframe Direct satisfy any legal requirement that any communications be in writing. You acknowledge that you can send email anytime to our customer service representatives.

Cancellation

Please email us within 12 hours of your order if you need to cancel or modify it. Once we ship your order we cannot cancel it. If you have any questions about a product please contact us before finalizing your purchase.

Returns

To return a product, please email customerservice@bedframedirect.com to receive a return authorization. Please provide an explanation why you want to return the item along with photo documentation. We must receive your request for return within 3 days of receiving your purchase.

Under most circumstances, we do not accept returns. The only situation where Bedframe Direct will accept a return is where the product is damaged before it arrives or you receive the wrong product. These situations occur very rarely and we will need you to send us a photo of the item to verify any claims.

If we determine that the item we sent to you was damaged before it arrived or was an incorrect item, we will send you a shipping label to return the item to us. Products returned must be sent in their original packaging and in good condition. We’ll process your return within 3-5 business days after receipt of your package and we will refund your purchase back to your credit card.
